Monday 20th February - Area 20 Dressage Training opportunity

Dressage Training with Georges Dewez.

Originally from france and now living in mid-wales Georges is a master of the classical art of horsemanship and a gifted teacher.
Georges trained with riders from the Spanish School at Lippica in Slovenia, which was originally the stud of The Spanish School of Vienna. As a young boy he rode with the Guardians of the Camargue in the South of France.
However, the greatest influence on his riding and training methodology remains the great Maestro Nuno Oliveira, with whom, Georges was fortunate enough to train in Portugal. Greatly inspired by The Maestro's quest for ever greater lightness and balance and the artistry of his riding, Georges returned to Wales to establish Carreg Dressage in 1990. Georges now trains horses and riders from Novice to Intemediaire 1 and teaches at clinics in the UK and Portugal.
More details about him can be found on his website www.carregdressage.co.uk

Training has been arranged and is open to all Area 20 riding club members . The cost will be £45 for a 45 minute session  plus £5 towards Georges petrol . The venue is Forest gate Farm, Norley , which has an excellent indoor surface . We anticipate that the sessions will begin at about 10.30  and the last one will finish at 6. Spectators will be welcome and refreshments will be available .
